These terms apply to AccuScore Event Review Desk, the Varsity Spirit-branded coach check-in and review service at accuscorecheckin.com, and its optional SMS review notifications.
Using the review desk
Provide accurate account and team information and submit reviews only for teams you are authorized to represent. Keep your password and private ticket links secure. Event staff approve account access and team eligibility. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share or use the service to submit misleading or abusive requests.
Submitting a review creates a request for event staff; it does not guarantee a score change, eligibility or completion by a particular time. The applicable event review process and deadlines continue to govern reviews. Check your ticket page and follow event staff instructions.
SMS Terms
Program: AccuScore Review Updates — Varsity Spirit. Coaches who opt in receive automated transactional text notifications when event staff save updates to their submitted reviews. Updates may include queue status, calls to the desk, reviews in progress and completed reviews, regardless of the outcome. This program does not send marketing messages.
Consent and frequency
By selecting the separate SMS checkbox and submitting your review, you authorize AccuScore to send automated review updates to the mobile number on your account. You must own that number or be authorized to use it. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or use of the review service. Message frequency varies based on staff updates; a review may generate multiple messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for charges.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You may receive an automated confirmation of your opt-out. You can continue to track your review on the website without SMS notifications.
Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@accuscorecheckin.com. Notifications are automated. Replies are not monitored by event staff, except that standard messaging keywords are processed by the messaging provider. Submit review details through the website or speak with the event desk.
Delivery
Delivery depends on your mobile carrier, network availability and messaging service availability. Messages may be delayed or fail to arrive. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on SMS alone to meet an event deadline or know when to report to the desk; monitor your ticket page.
Privacy
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Read our Privacy Policy for information about collection, use, service providers and your choices.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Updated terms will appear on this page with a revised effective date. Contact us with questions about the service or messaging program.
